Meet the Founder.

Jessica Hassanzadeh is the Principal at MirrorLight. With nearly 15 years of experience in project management, people management, and social impact, she brings a range of experience to support her clients.

Jessica received her MBA from Villanova University and M.Ed. from the University of Virginia. She holds a certificate in project management from Georgetown University and a certified professional coach certificate from CCTA. Outside of work, Jessica is an avid traveler, community volunteer, and college sports fan. She lives with her husband in Washington, D.C. and enjoys working on hybrid and remote teams.
